Jane Naish is Principal Business Analyst for Sage UK’s Mid Market Division in Newcastle. Before joining Sage, she was Information Services Manager in an SME where she gained nine years’ experience of selecting and implementing business systems in a rapidly growing medical devices business. The business systems included manufacturing and supply chain, financials, service management and CRM. She had direct responsibility for all business systems management and for relationships with software business partners.

Jane has presented case studies of system implementations at software user conferences in the USA and UK. She has also presented academic research at international manufacturing conferences.

She has a Mechanical Engineering degree from Edinburgh University, a PhD in Manufacturing Engineering from Strathclyde University and an MBA (Open University Business School).
