Presenter, Toni Robinson from Qdos Consulting, started her career as a professional Judo player but was forced to retire early following an injury. Toni went on to study for her CIPD at university whilst working full time as a Human Resource Clerk. Toni has worked as a HR consultant in manufacturing and retail as well as a regional HR Director for International Employment Agency. Five years ago Toni joined Qdos Consulting, based in Leicestershire, who specialise in Business Compliant Solutions and also provide the Chamber HR Service. Toni’s role is as an Employer Generalist with a specialism in Employer relations, working with clients such as the British Chamber of Commerce, The British Judo Association and Pertemps.
Co - presenter, Martin Hinchliffe, has gained a reputation as a commercially aware independent Human Resources Director with a practical, Innovative, common sense approach to HR. Having previously worked within Operations he has gained experience at all levels within the HR function and currently assists Qdos with Senior Management teams and their respective business needs. Martin operates over a wide range of businesses in differing industry sectors.
